I offer private classes in the comfort of your own home, as well as a hands-on experience within a group setting. You will learn techniques for making delightful nutritious vegetarian meals, which includes how to cut your veggies as well as creating sauces and dressings from scratch.
You’ll enjoy preparing the ultimate vegan raw desserts. Plus, I will teach you basic Ayurvedic principles and how to enhance the flavor and nutritional value of your meals through the use of spices!
What to expect:
We will craft a 4 course, plant based, Ayurvedic inspired meal, in which you’ll work together in groups of two and follow given recipes while explaining your cooking process to the rest of the class.
Classes are 2 hours in length
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class so wear comfortable shoes.
Most importantly, you will enjoy a delicious meal at the end of your session and be able to take home a bright new experience.
